- Uncovering Hidden Issues: Original waterproofing was bitumen and had to be grinded back, there was an issue with the glazing channel where the pool glazing windows are located and the common gym was still open during works.
- Minimizing Disruptions: Scheduled works efficiently to maintain residence access, introduced a hob to allow drainage and minimize risk for the glazing channel and introduced other modifications once further unknowns were discovered as efficiently as possible. Leak detection system was also installed to identify any compromises before pod/pavers and soil was installed.
- Ensuring Durability: Premium waterproofing solutions for long-term protection. Leak detection installed to easily detect any future compromises, which can be repaired straight away.

Heritage Façade Crack Repair – Southbank
We successfully managed the remediation of a large crack along the brick and concrete panel in Southbank. A full investigation was carried out to detect the fundamental issues causing the crack, which a remedial design and works was carried out and now complete.
